A busted pipe under the infield at Rangers Ballpark has created a sinkhole right behind the pitcher's mound.
Batting practice was canceled for both the Rangers and Indians while workers tried to fix the problem 2½ hours before Tuesday night's scheduled game.
Rangers officials expect the problem to be fixed in time to play the game, according to an ESPN.com report.
