DOBSON SUSPENDED FOR FIGHTING

http://blog.masslive.com/patriots/2013/ ... ron_1.html
PHILADELPHIA – Before the Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots took the field Tuesday afternoon, head coaches Chip Kelly and Bill Belichick sat down and laid out some ground rules.

One of the early items on that list was a zero tolerance policy on fighting, and it didn’t take long for the players to test the waters.

After New England’s first offensive play in 11-on-11 drills, Patriots rookie receiver Aaron Dobson and cornerback Cary Williams locked horns and traded some shoves. The two were quickly broken up, but neither stepped on the field for the rest of the day

“Someone got in extracurriculars they were going to be done for the day. It was one way we made sure that didn't continue,” Kelly said. “So I don't know exactly namewise who it was for them, but he sat and our guys sat. That was one thing we agreed upon. We didn't want this to turn into a wrestling match. Both of our squads knew before it happened. If you're going to get in a skirmish, you're going to sit.”

I'm fine with dobson fighting. It's a rough game. Just don't fight off the field, aka in a club.
