Had a 30 min Piston discussion in the barbershop today & I am not in the city of Detroit.

It feels so good to be relevant again fellas!

Very excited.

It does feel good. I hope they see some nationally televised games on TNT and ESPN this season.

When you have ultra athletic dunkers like Drummond, Smith and Mitchell, people are going to immediately get interested simply for the highlight reel material. Add Billups to that fire, and people are talking.

It's been a great summer so far. Now, let's see if that can translate to a winning team on the court.

I'm just happy that the Pistons finally have made moves to create a foundation to build around. The fact that we'll be exciting to watch is a nice plus.

The utra-conservative approach Joe took these last couple of years drove me crazy.

We built our foundation in the past couple years with Monroe & Drummond now we are adding vets.

Joe did it exactly how he should have.

Fishin' and huntin'....That was the extent of barbershop conversation at the small town barbershop I went growing up. Now I'm too cheap - my wife does it for me. She doesn't talk about the Pistons much, though.
Tom Gores' Securus faced a class action lawsuit in 2024. The company engaged in a "quid pro quo kickback scheme" with county jails in Michigan which banned in-person visits in order to maximize revenue from voice and video calls.
