Chicago White Sox bench coach Mark Parent was ejected during the pregame lineup exchange at home plate prior to Sunday's game against the Texas Rangers.
Parent was tossed by crew chief Jerry Layne, his second ejection this season.
No reason was given for the ejection. The White Sox did have a pair of run-ins with umpires in Friday night's game.
