Notification thing
This is pretty picky, but I'm guessing you're storing your notifications using a user end cookie? Any chance you could store this linked to each user? Logging in on another computer that saves the username/password, I had 6 notifications dating back 6 days... all of which i had seen last night.

I've had this problem despite only using the computer I'm on right now. Doesn't matter much to me though.

Notifications are completely stored on the server using your user information and your cookies don't affect it.
