The Oklahoma City Thunder waived guard DeAndre Liggins.
Liggins appeared in 39 games for the Thunder during the 2012-13 season, averaging 1.5 points and 1.4 rebounds in 7.4 minutes. He holds career averages of 1.6 points and 1.2 rebounds in 56 career games.
Liggins has recently been arrested on a domestic violence charge.

Point is the guy has only been charged. What is the woman was just out to get him? Fair that he's punished just for being charged?
