The Cleveland Indians will add All-Star starter Justin Masterson to their bullpen for the final week of the season.
Masterson has been sidelined since Sept. 2 with a strained oblique muscle.
It's unlikely Masterson will start again this year unless the Indians play deep into October, but Terry Francona said it will be nice to have the right-hander as an option out of the bullpen.
Masterson went 14-10 with a 3.52 ERA in 29 starts.
