He is great in isolations but his baskets are rarely assisted. He makes difficult PG's job.

I think he's a pretty good player in the pick and roll. When he gets the ball rolling to the basket, not only he could score, he could find Drummond roaming around the rim for a dunk....it happened several times this season and it looked amazing when he does it

His ability to score in the post makes the PGs job easier, not tougher. Its a PGs dream to have a consistent low post scoring big man to dump the ball into when the offense bogs down.
He can play pick and roll too, as already said, he was great at it with McGrady. I think its just a matter of how the coach's use him, preferring to use him more in the post, perhaps, as to why he doesn't do it more. He's one of the best bigs at driving to the basket, so he's definitely good at rolling too.
