Union Unlikely To Vote On Hunter's Replacement At ASG

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Mon Feb 10, 2014 5:59 pm

The NBA Players Association appears unlikely to vote on a new union leader during All-Star Weekend.

Billy Hunter was formally relieved of his duties as union chief during All-Star Weekend in 2013.

There is also a push by some union members to start the search over for a replacement for Hunter.

This is odd, how has this position been vacant for almost a year, and they are still unlikely to vote for a replacement? I guess they are content without another intermediary.

must be a tough job for it to be empty for a year and nobody really notices. Totally worth a multimillion dollar salary.
