The San Antonio Spurs have recalled Austin Daye from the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League.
In Saturday night’s contest against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, Daye posted 27 points, 13 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocked shots in 40 minutes.

Maybe he find a role with the Spurs. This is pretty much his last chance to show why he should be in the NBA.

He played great for the Pistons, but as expected fell out of rotating for Monroe/Drummond/Smith...same thing with the Raptors, they opted out for JV/Amir/Hansborough...I think if he goes to a team that is lacking in that position he can thrive...not sure if Spurs will have a spot for him, but in case anyone gets injured he could cover nicely.
