Manchester United are prepared to offer £27 million for Southampton's left-back Luke Shaw.
Shaw is unsure about joining United and has strong allegiances to Chelsea, but the chances of a move to Stamford Bridge are fading.
David Moyes will press Shaw for an answer quickly so they can move onto other targets.
