Which teams that will benefit from Romo that needs a QB?

Tons of teams could use a qb as good as Romo. He gets blamed so often for Dallas' problems. Without him they'd be absolute crap. When have they had a great D or RB with him? It may look like he loses games for them, but they are probably games they never would have been in, in the first place without him (Denver game for example last year).

Romo basically can't be traded because of salary cap reasons. He would cost them over $40 million in dead money if they traded him this year because of his signing and restructuring bonuses.

But even if you want to ignore that, I don't see many teams offering up a huge bounty for a 34 year old QB who has had back surgery each of the last two offseasons. No one would offer enough to make moving him worthwhile for the Cowboys.

^ while this is true i could see a team like the Browns giving up a future 1st for Tony even though he is 34 the Browns have been known to make stupid decisions and personally being a Cowboys fan if the Browns offer a 1st for him and eat most of his contract and we can take Manziel i wouldn't be totally against it.
