Conference Finals: Who do you want to face?

Who would you rather face in the conference finals?

Personally and no disrespect intended if rather play the Clippers.
I think they are much more conventional to defend and have far less flexibility in adjusting their lineups.
OKC have always given us night mares defending and I personally really don't want to have to deal with Durant.

Last time we played LAC we swept them. I know there were some injury concerns with that team and they are better coached now, but it's largely the same team and I think we match up well against them, so provided we play like we know we can I think we win in 5 or 6

Doesn't matter. The game is being rigged to send the Thunder as deep as possible.

F this league. Barnes did not touch that ball and Paul sure as hell didn't foul Westbrook.

Now we're here. Regardless of what I want, we are gonna get the Thunder. Book it. Both teams pose different challenges.

I'd like the Clippers but it looks like we'll get the Thunder which i'm fine with as well. Both teams are going to cause matchup problems and both teams are going to be tough outs.

Now I can answer

We are gonna get OKC but I hate playing them. We don't matchup at all against them and they are too athletic for us to stop defensively. On top of that, referees have boners for Durant and Westbrook so they will be at the Ft line all series regardless of how well they are playing.

LAC would be easy for us IMO. They are mentally weak and would just be happy with getting past OKC.

I'd like to see Pop's put Mills on Durant and see how that works. Paul gave him fits and Brooks had no answer for it.

It's a tough one. Both have some pros and cons. But I think I'd prefer if we faced the Clippers. OKC are terrible for us matchup-wise. We don't have anyone that can shutdown neither Durant, nor Westbrook. Yet, they have some really good defenders for our top players (Westbrook on Tony, Ibaka on Timmy, Sefolosha on Manu). Not to mention they're much more athletic and younger. And get calls / go to free-throw line at will.

SA matches up better with LAC so I'd rather face them. But I think we're going to face OKC.

That CP3's choking job was too much for LAC. They won't recover.

I've seen enough in 22 years of watching this league to know for sure there have been rigged games.

Which is why the only way the Spurs are going to return to the finals is by blowing games out.

And for me, that key is Leonard of Durant. He can stop him exploding for sure but if the refs use Kawhi as foul bait I think I'm done calling this a sport.

well we've got OKC, i don't like it but prefer it to the clippers honestly. The thunder have had us outmatched for the most part this year but like we've said 1000 times before, play-offs are a different beast. I want so much for us to reach the finals again for heat/spurs 2.0, i want it sooooooo **** bad.
