Luis Suárez appeared to bite Giorgio Chiellini toward the end of Uruguay's 1-0 win over Italy.
"It was clear-cut," said Chiellini. "It was ridiculous not to send him off."
"I didn't see it," said Uruguay manager Oscar Tabarez. "I’d like to see the images first. I didn’t see that."
Chiellini attempted to show the teeth marks on his shoulder to the referee, but Suárez received no card. FIFA is expected to investigate the incident.
