Hypothetical situation

Post#1 » by fart » Thu Jul 3, 2014 8:35 am

Lets say Lebron called up the Cavs and said that he wants to come back on a 3 year deal, but didn't want to leave Miami empty handed. He demands you trade Wiggins for him on a 3 year deal. What would your reaction be? Personally, I would tell him and the Heat to go kick rocks and he could keep his ass in Miami.

Miami has 2 rings from him, that's far more than what we ever got first time around.

Just base on that I'd tell em to f themselves.

I'd consider giving back 2017 pick & a 2nd rounder, that's it, that's how much we got in 2010.

I'd say: "No. Enjoy your version of the Golden Girls down there on South Beach. Stannis out!"

Then I'd clear cap space by trading players for 2nd rounders to sign Melo.

I'd say:

"You know what LBJ we don't want the Heat to walk away empty handed either. We just happen to have this wonderful veteran combo guard who is a bad fit here but would be perfect with Bosh and Wade. Have you met Mr. Jack? This seems fair, in every sense of the word, to both sides."

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Perfect mentor for future face of the franchise Shabazz Napier.

If he really wanted to do Miami a solid, he can just make sure his mom moves back up with him.
Well at least we're not Detroit!

When has Ladouchebag worried about anyone but himself?

I could see him demand we send Wiggins to Minny for Love. This makes no sense he wants to win then he wants as many pieces around himself as possible

And have the Cavs resign Delonte.

I have a spot for him on the Canton Charge.

In what weird universe does a player want to help a team that he's leaving get better?

I'd trade Dion Waiters instead.
