#Cavs have agreed to deal with James Jones on a one year deal, source tells Beacon Journal. Hasn't technically signed it yet.

Dude can shoot. That's for sure. I doubt he gets many minutes but I'll take him for 8-10 mpg on a vet minimum.

Great player to have available - works well situationally. Really helped in the Charlotte-Miami series when he could be hidden on one of Charlotte's non-shooters on defense. He doesn't defend well on an island, since he's lost most of his athleticism, but is a good team defender. He can play well in complicated rotations and doesn't detract from a defensive scheme, even though he won't add much. Always ready and can come in cold and shoot lights out even if he's been riding the bench for a month straight.
