Lakers signed Xavier to minimum deal today... Couldn't paste link... Looks like Wesley may be the odd man out... Roster almost done...

Get Aminu and call it an offseason. I like X on minimum cause he can score and play D. He needs to stay healthy though.

Love this move. Nice and cheap.

After the time he had with us, I figured someone would have thrown 2/3/4 million at him.

Glad he's back.

Once we get ourselves a starting sf, our bench looks solid with nash/lin, clarkson, xavier, ed davis, and boozer

Happy can we get Even Turner to be our SF? He needs a place and we need a body, can we give him the MLE?

i agree, probably would have gone for 3-4 mil/yr if he didnt get injured multiple times the 2nd half of the season.

This is good news, I'd rather have a rehabbing X for the minimum than Nick Young for his contract.

And why not sign Wes to the minimum again? Who's our starting small forward?

We have Lin, Kobe, and Hill. Wes and Ryan Kelly make the most sense in that lineup.

We have no wing who's going to play defense and space the floor. That's a major hole in our roster.

Heres the link. Not a bad move. Now we need another wing and were good to go.

I'd be happy with Aminu at SF...dude can defend and rebound pretty well for a SF.

G - Lin (31)/Nash (17)/Clarkson
G - Kobe (32)/X (16)
F - Aminu (20)/Young (28)
F - Randle (27)/Booze (25)/Kelly
C - Hill (29)/Davis (15)

That team is much better than last years and it's actually young and athletic outside of Bryant.

I was hoping Mitch would get this done!!!!! X was the only bright spot for the boyz last season...before the injuries. Guy just couldnt get a break.

Glad to have him back!!!!

Aminu is not a good fit.

In the last starting spot, the Lakers need someone who can hit threes at a minimum 37% clip and effectively defend 1s, 2s, and 3s.

Although he's a soild player, Aminu can't do either. He's a combo forward, a 3/4 who can't shoot well and cannot defend backcourt guys.

Barring him asking for some irrational price, Wesley Johnson is the clear choice.

Marion at the room o's the clear choice. He can hit the 3, board, defend, and is a vet leader with title experience who played most his minutes at sf last year ... He is still better than Aminu, Wes, and the like with ease.
