Barcelona sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta has confirmed Dani Alves will leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the 2014-15 season.
Alves had previously been linked to a departure from Barcelona, but the club decided to keep him for the final season of his contract.
Alves has played an instrumental role for Barcelona in recent years, making 190 league appearances and scoring 14 goals.
