"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

Kinda tough because I wouldn't give up Curry or LMA for him, but his value should be so much higher than Horford.. Most valuable player in the list so far.

My guess is that he finishes below Parker. Even though Parker's upside = Melo's current value IMHO. That's how we roll on RealGM we love rookies.

I have no idea how Deandre Jordan finished that high on an expiring contract.
Any chance you can hyperlink the old ones in the OP going forward?

Unless we are leaving out factors like his willingness to turn on his old team in Denver or Al Horford's injuries are likely to be recurring, I don't see why Horford is appreciably below Carmelo. I'd rather have Horford in Washington as our PF then Carmelo though if Porter works out, Carmelo might be a better fit. If I was the Knicks or another big free agent destination, then I might go Carmelo but the Wiz don't have that reputation and I'm not willing to have him quit on us.
He's also 2 years older than Horford for what that's worth.

Re: Carmello Anthony Value Score
Melo is basically the same age as Aldridge and IMO the better player, so I voted LMA. Curry is valued higher since he's better/younger/cheaper. I understand people going so low as Horford, don't get the others. The Mayo vote is obviously a troll.

As is the Lee. And 'm not sure I can understand the Mathews vote.

You can't see why someone would rather have Horford than Carmelo? (That's what a Holiday vote means)

Not really, no. Melo is the better player with less of an injury history.

Re: Carmello Anthony Value Score
I voted Aldridge since he will likely be getting a massive deal and won't age as well as Melo IMO.
I think anything Jrue Holiday down though is either a troll attempt or someone who just hates Melo. His contract is massive, but anyone who'd rather have Holiday even with that difference just doesn't know basketball. I can see an argument for Horford, but it's a weak one. Melo is really the first guy in this that an argument could be made for picking Curry (though it'd be a weak one).

AFter 30 votes..
Melo's Value Score = 7.90
