Valencia's Paco Alcacer is drawing interest from Chelsea, Arsenal and other clubs.
Alcacer, 21, scored his first goal for Spain during their 5-1 win over Macedonia on Monday after making his debut for the national team.
Alcacer is being offered a new deal by Valencia while including a $40 million buyout clause.
Alcacer scored 14 goals and added three assists in 37 games for Valencia last season.
