Preseason Game 2: Spurs vs Fenerbah
Liking what I see of Anderson. We are still looking like a preseason team, but at least the ball movement looks better.

Goudelock and Duncan have been the two best players on the floor. Belinelli not giving much of anything, I barely notice when he's on the floor.

Between this and summer league I've become a fan of JaMychal Green. He's gotten lost a few times this game on both ends, like when he crowded Tony on the three point line for a pick and roll as the shot clock wound down. He is really fast up and down the floor and can get up.

I don't understand why there isn't a basketball champions league. These European teams can compete with NBA teams. NBA's most common ISO All Star ball is inferior. Harden is a great example of the NBA, all offense with no defensive commitment.

KA making good things happen when he touches the ball. His game is an enigma and is going to do good in the Spurs system.

Same here. Love his energy.

Yeah, I'm really down on Marco. He just showed so much promise in the early part of the season last year. Then everything is just on the decline. The great cuts are gone. The Manu-like passes are gone. Then he starts falling off the rotation in the Finals. Defense is non-existent. The only thing great about him is his 3 point shooting.
I liked Cory's defensive ability againts PGs even in 2013 season. Defense is just his best skill. But again I'll say that he really doesn't fit in with Manu offensively. We see it a few times in this game where Manu gets to the paint, passes it out to Cory at the 3 point line, he drives it to the paint also, where Manu starts stepping back out to the 3, and Cory passes it out again to Manu at the 3. I like Manu as the slasher instead of Cory, and if that's to happen, Cory needs to be able to hit those threes consistently.
Anyways, Fenerbahce looked great offensively. I like how they play. From these two games againts Europe teams, I feel like I'm watching mirror images of Spurs teams.
