The San Antonio Spurs have waived guard Bryce Cotton and forward Josh Davis.
Cotton, who was signed by San Antonio on July 7, appeared in five preseason contests for the Spurs, averaging 4.8 points and 1.4 assists in 11.3 minutes.
Davis was signed on Aug. 27. In three preseason games, he averaged 1.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in 6.0 minutes.
San Antonio’s roster now stands at 16.
Not surprising really considering our rosters full but I would like to see both of them in Austin (especially Cotton).
