Starters vs bench appears to be all about effort. Particularly Scola and Allen compared to Hibbert and West. That, and being on the with CJ Miles.

What is this now, a 7 game losing streak?

No playoffs for us this year, fellas.

this was one of my 11 game package. strange game. starters -43. bench +36. bench tried to dig out of the starters hole in each half. no shame in losing to this year's Clips, but something is very wrong with our rotation.

Roy had more fouls than rebounds. no one could guard JJ Reddick and he's never struck me as a tough cover. I think I'd start Miles at the 3 and Allen at the 4. maybe Sloan at the 1 until GHill returns.

The current starting line up pretty much guarantees that we will lose the quickness match at every position. Couple that with the fact that Stuckey isn't a pg and Copeland isn't a wing. Under any circumstances this starting group has a lot going against it and last night they were simply over matched. If it were me I'd go with something like this:

pg Watson or Sloan
sg Miles
sf Hill
pf West
c Hibbert

I don't know that I'm ready to bench West yet. My subs would be Watson or Sloan, Stuckey, Scola and Allen.

A 7 game losing streak against 7 playoff teams (and most of them top tier playoff teams as well). The last time we played a non-playoff team (Orlando) we won.

We can make the playoffs. We're not playing well right now but we're also in the middle of an incredibly part portion of our schedule. It was never to be easy. We will start playing better and our schedule will also start getting easier.

Personally, I don't see 10 different Eastern teams being better than us this season so I believe that we're absolutely going to be fighting for one of the playoff spots in March.
