Cristiano Ronaldo could move to the MLS when his current contract at Real Madrid is up in 2018.
"After that, perhaps he will go to the United States. Only God knows what will happen," agent Jorge Mendes said in the report.
Ronaldo is currently 29 and remains one of the top players in the world.
Mendes also refuted reports Ronaldo could sign with Paris Saint-Germain.
