2 All Stars

In a season where we have had not much to cheer about, lets take a second to be happy for having two all stars again this year.

This is now the 6th appearance for KD and the 4th for Russ. Would have been 5th if not for the injury last year. They are both well on there way to the HOF and personally as a big fan of both I am very happy they can add another year onto there resumes and I am excited to see them play in BK! Hopefully one of them can grab ASG MVP off the bench.

Will also be cool to see a possible bench unit of KD/Russ/Harden at ASG. Things aren't great in Thunderland right now, but I have a feeling things will start looking up soon. After all, we have these two leading us.
    PG: Westbrook/Jackson/Smith
    SG: Roberson/Morrow/Lamb
    SF: Durant/Jones/Lamb
    PF: Ibaka/Collison/McGary
    C: Adams/Perkins

Thanks for the Friday boost! It is fun to get to watch these guys game in and game out.

hah ! I'm gonna play Scrooge here, I was actually hoping neither would be named, for two reasons .... primarily so they can rest, and secondarily so not being named would put a burr under their rear for the rest of the season.

But its good for them, I'm just being a selfish fan.

Someone was talking about the coaches voted Russ in...cause seeing a peeved off RW for the rest of the season would either be really really awesome, or really really awful.

I was gonna say, I think this is actually a postitive.

Any athlete loves recognition and even amidst a bad season so far, the coaches recognize how great both these guys are. I think it will give them both a confidence boost and hopefully a little reminder that they should be tearing the league up.

They have both had enough rest this year!
