Team Trivia: Grizzlies PF Zach Randolph was drafted by the Blazers in the 2001 NBA Draft. He played six seasons for the Blazers. Prior to coming to Memphis, Grizzlies TV Play‐by‐Play Announcer Pete Pranica spent five seasons (1999‐2004) with the Trail Blazers, the last four as their television play‐by‐play announcer, where he teamed with Steve “Snapper” Jones.

THAT my GRIZZ!!!! Like the move of Green 6th man. TA went nuts. Strong win!!! Great week for grizz IMO. I hated the Detroit loss but with emphatic wins over Dallas and POR this team establish itself as contender again. I really like our chances in a 7 game series against anyone. As long as we pull togetether and keep this going, sky the limit. Although at time I wish we had more guard shooters.... I think can be overcome by true GRIT GGRIND BBALL

I will be honest. With the way they been playing recently, I figured they would come out of this weekend at least 1-1.

That said, the Grizz played well and dominated both Mavs and Blazers with a strong will and purpose. Perhaps they looking to getting back to playing Grizzball the way the way they were playing before their recent struggles. It would be good if the Grizz can get a good run going to get some separation from the Rox and any other team that may threaten to overtake the Grizz for the second spot in the playoff race.
