GT: Thunder vs. Spurs

Post#1 » by Nolan » Wed Mar 25, 2015 10:23 am

When: 9:30 PM ET, March 25, 2015
Where: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX

Tony needs to step up today, we can't win this game if he lays another egg like he did yesterday.

Go Spurs!!

Great half! I do however don't think this game isn't won yet the way we have played this year though. Need to keep it up.

It doesn't get the taste of last night's nightmare out of my mouth, but as much attention as OKC's gotten lately, it's nice to see a great game from the good guys in a high-profile game... on a B2B, no less.

Go Spurs!

Why can't we have this every night? Albeit, the Thunder are decimated with injury, but we lost to the Knicks...

It's all about Tony from here on out. Everyone else looks right, Boris seems to be rounding into form... we just need Tony to stop playing so up-and-down. If we get this version of Tony in the playoffs, I love our chances.

GG Spurs, this one's way over. At this point most OKC fans just want to get in and maybe steal a game from GSW in the first round, but wish you guys the best. Mostly don't want the Cavs, Rox, or GSW to win, and you've got about the best shot to take em out. Best to you!

We definitely come and go with Tony, especially with Mills and CoJo not looking great right now. I'm not sure if I love Tony being the teams most important piece...

I hope you guys get in and bounce GSW. They're a hell of a good team, but frankly, I'm sick of all these analysts acting like it's a closed case that they're coming out of the West (I'm looking at you, Jeff Van Gundy).

Oh, so am I. The gen board is a GSW fan troll fest at times, I don't think OKC can do it w/o KD, but you guys can for sure.

All in all, what a perfect game for the Spurs. I'm actually pulling for OKC to get KD and Ibaka back. Ibaka is on my short list of players I would love to see in a Spurs jersey. If any has not seen the doc on Ibaka it's really well done:

Go beat the Warriors OKC! I'm pulling for you!

I would love to see Lamb go to the Spurs and have Pop work his magic on him, kid got a lot of potential wasting in OKC.

We don't need Lamb here though.. SG position isn't a problem. If anything, he'd rot on the bench like Nando De Colo.

More so just referring to Coah Pop I have tons of respect for him and he always brings the best out of anyone. Basically the opposite of Scott Brooks.

Return to San Antonio Spurs
