76ers file grievance against Lakers for Andrew Bynum Trade

The 76ers were recently ordered to cut a three million dollar check of their own to the New Orleans Pelicans as the result of a grievance the Pelicans had with them about a similar issue of non-disclosure of an injury, in this case related to the Sixers 2013 trade of Jrue Holiday to the Pelicans in exchange for the draft rights to Nerlens Noel, as reported by Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Enquirer. According to one of Pompey's sources with the Sixers, the team is not very happy with the Lakers allegedly doing something similar:

Bynum's knee injuries were well known to everybody.
Besides, the Sixers have the right to do a physical and back out of any trades if something shows up on the physical.

The league should file a grievance against the Sixers for being stupid.

Could only be 1 of 3 things.

1. Philly is butthurt over the Lakers drafting Russell. Boo hoo.
2. Philly is oblivious to most things: trade for injury prone Bynum that everyone knew about, draft 3 centers, get busted for Jrue Holiday.

Trying to get back the cash they had to payout for Jrue Holiday. There should be some sort of Statute of Limitations on these types of grievances. That Bynum trade wasn't yesterday.
