Chiefs offensive line

Post#1 » by Dodub » Sun Oct 4, 2015 6:50 pm

I'm going to go on record and say that they have the worst OL that I have ever seen from a pro team. Cincinnati has 2 or 3 guys in the QB's face on 3 step drops! I don't think I've seen anything quite this bad.

No it isn't. I've watched both teams every game every year. Chiefs line is worse than ours by miles. They have a guy who is beat right off the snap on literally ever pass play. Watch their games from Thai year.

This year the 49ers line is the worst ranked line in terms of pass protection. Kaepernick has the least amount of time before getting pressured out of any other QB as well. The C, RG, and RT are the lowest ranked in their positions for pass protection for starters and are worse than many backups as well. We need to change the line if we don't want to get Bosa or Goff.

Well our right side as everyone knows is the real problem. Do we at least get a trophy for having the worst right side?

Chiefs gave up 7 sacks against Green Bay and have just gave up their 5th today which I believe is the same amount they gave up to Denver in the game before.

But Alex Smith is the best sack taker of all time.

Gotta watch the games, this isn't a situation of the QB holding on to the ball too long or refusing to throw the ball into coverage. This is a situation where the QB gets 3 steps into his drop and has a defender chasing him.

Peko has completely dominated Grubbs and whoever they decided to start at the other guard spot this week. Michael Johnson and Dunlap look unblockable.

Chiefs offensive line makes the Niners Offensive line look like Hall of Fame worthy. Alex is two stepps into a thre step drop and the defense is on him like stink on ****.

Oh Alex is a bad QB I'd be hard pressed to choose between him and Kapernick.. but they both have craptastic Olines.

You're right man. It's Alex's fault that defensive lineman consistently blow past their o-linemen right off the snap. I agree with you.

Before the game, the 49ers oline was ranked last in the league in pass blocking.

I watched 2 Chiefs games this year and didn't think the line was Niners level atrocious, but maybe I wasn't paying enough attention. They did lose their near best in the league center during the off season.

Return to San Francisco 49ers
