Grizzlies Waive Hollins

Youth has won out with the Memphis Grizzlies for the time being. Memphis has waived 9 year vet Ryan Hollins, and they waited right up until the deadline to announce it. This tells me a couple of things: 1) they were probably trying to make a move, and 2) Jarnell Stokes will remain on roster with a little more pressure to perform./2015/10/26/9617960/memphis-grizzlies-waive-center-ryan-hollins

Hollins is good player to have in the end of the bench. Hope is with Stokes now

I don't know about stokes playing center although i think it would be interesting. Maybe he could be a little like chuck hayes back in houston. I'm assuming wright will be getting those minutes though.

Btw am i the only one hoping they'll pick up fredette. The grizzlies' system leads to tons of open looks and jimmer certainly has his flaws but shooting isn't one of them. I'll admit i'm a bit biased though.
