Lakers-Grizzlies- Pistons

Post#1 » by Mykhyn » Sat Nov 28, 2015 2:01 pm

Lakers- Nick Young + Lou Williams + Ryan Kelly for Brandon Jennings

Grizzlies- Jeff Green for Lou Williams + Nick Young + Ryan Kelly + pistons 2nd

Pistons- Brandon Jennings + 2nd for Jeff Green

Lakers cut 2 years off Young and Williams for an expiring that shouldnt help them win. Tank4Simmons

Grizzlies- Get 2 players that can pack a scoring punch for them and a decent big to throw in their rotation.

Pistons get a boost at the 3-4 for the year for the cost of a 2nd

I like the idea of LouWill on the Grizzlies...not sure they do this, though.

But if they do, the Pistons get cut out right quick. Cap relief or no, the Lakers can't trade three players for an injured guy and not get anything else out of it. (Even if Jennings returns it's the one position the Lakers don't want to add a player.)

Yeah I think this is kind of pointless for Detroit. We don't really need Green, we need backcourt players more than 3-4s

Pistons could use Lou Williams a lot more than Jeff Green.

Wouild they take on Nick Young to get him is the real question. The goal of this was to dump Lou and Young for nothing

That was kind the point. Helps their tank a lot to just drop 2 of the best scorers for nothing

I seriously doubt it.

This is awful for the Pistons. Jeff Green is a worse version of Morris. If Jennings comes back and plays well, he's going to have good trade value. You are really overrating the Lakers players. Lou Williams might bring back something of value but Young and Kelly have negative trade value.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

I put Young and slightly negative and Kelly at slightly positive. Young more negative than Kelly positive.

Lou Williams should bridge the gap to make it neutral. If you truly consider Kelly negative he could be kept since hes expiring
