I welcome outsiders to vote, but we don't want outsiders intentionally screwing up our rankings. No hard feelings but this is the most effective method I can use to make sure non-regular posters aren't sabotaging our system.

I am voting more as in "best players from this season" and Lowry to me was the best one out of that bunch (if you check the stats, overall, he comes out ahead by a noticeable margin). But of course, if I was voting purely based on "who the better player is" or "who would you want on your team", the answer would be different.
