Jays/Orioles bidding for Cashner/Upton

Hot rumor out there in the media. Jays and Orioles are bidding to get Andrew Cashner and Melvin Upton from San Diego.

I personally would stay away from Upton. He was one if the worst contracts in Baseball before this year and it's not like he is taring it up now. Just decent. Padres are selling high on a problem they recently couldn't even dump.... stay clear Jays.

Cashner would be a good project if Jays can get him on a reasonable trade. Maybe even ask about Tyson Ross, the better pitcher.

Anyway. Jays and Orioles are driving the price up by pushing each other higher.
