Clearly, the Heat are rebuilding this season, thus Bosh is not really needed even if healthy. I would trade him for just about any offer within reason.

Dragic/Weber/Beno could be a legit PG rotation, one of our better ones in a while

Weber/Waiters/Rich/Johnson/Reed has some potential on the defensive end too, I would think

Dragic/Weber/Williams could headline a good transition game

winslow shooting has me concerned. hopefully he improved some from summer league where he was awful. teams are just not going to guard him next year

Got no expectations of Winslow offensively, just try not to shoot sub 30% and play defense

Both Winslow and Rich shot the ball much, much better over the second half of the season. The key for Winslow would be to improve the volume of his outside shooting while maintaining those second half percentages.
