D-Mo sign and trade options

So the general assumption is that him and Rockets are just fine tuning a contract and he'll be back with them still this year. Let's pretend that they can't reach an agreement and they opt for a S+T instead. (I know a team could sign him straight out but their may be an incentive to take back another teams player or two.)
I've got a few ideas, but what's everyone else think?
To Mil for Monroe or OKC along with Brewer for Kanter/Singler. Giving them a decent D'antoni big.
To Toronto for Patterson+?
I can't think of much aside from those.

I think Mil would just want him on a one year deal just to dump Monroe.

I don't think Milwaukee would want him, but maybe a third team would want him more than Monroe? Milwaukee has money committed to two centers (Henson/Plumlee) a stretch four (Tele), minutes reserved for Parker or G at "PF", and just drafted a PF(ish) in Maker. Some of those names aren't exciting, but they are still getting paid..
And OKC.. I can't see Houston taking Kanter and getting even worse defensively. I'm not sure if Motie is much of an upgrade on that side, but he won't be making 16 mil a year either..
I don't see any sign and trades really because of his injury risk and the fact that s&t have to be three years.. Houston actual needs are bigger than Motie would return and their small need is a third big better than Nene.. Which is what they'd be trading.

Can't do a 1yr sign-and-trade. Minimum requirement is a 3yr contract in a S&T, though only the 1st year needs to be guaranteed.

Pacers might be willing to do Lavoy Allen & a pick. But D-Mo would have to come relatively cheap (talking less than 8 mil per year) because of the risk. I've always liked his play though.
