Visiting Indy, need advice

Hey guys, im coming to Indianapolis in February for the Pacers/Bucks game on the 11th. Pacers play on the 10th on the road so we're just gonna go to a pub and watch it with some of the locals. On the 12th, IU plays Michigan, my question is, does anyone know the best way to buy IU tickets for a reasonable price?

Also, what is the best place to watch a Pacers road game in downtown Indy? We're staying at a hotel by the arena.
