I suppose Cruz, because overcoming 3 knee injuries is incredible, but he tripped at the finish line.

Of the choices I went with Khabib, though if Cruz were an option it would be him. Beat Johnson in 2011, then injuries delay his return until 2014 where he destroys Mizugaki, then another 2 year injury delay to beat TJ and almost KO Faber.
