Standings

How it works

Blake Griffin got hit in the balls so I'm putting this game down as a W.

Really fun game! More or less the best case scenario with the L and the Book/Bled combo continuing its rollllllin'

+3 Bled: Just one hell of a player. His consistency is marvelous, tbh.
+2 Book: Gotta respect the ability to push through struggles--he's getting very good at this. Real sign of a future all-star, I'd say.
+1 PJ: Honestly, probably should lose it for the tech/flagrant combo that killed us, but it's chill, he played decent the rest of the game and no one else deserves this.

-3 TJ: Honestly, I'm just disappointed in him in general; if you're a scorer, I feel you've gotta be confident enough to demand the ball when you've got a mismatch like he did from the jump. The -19 doesn't help.
-3 Chriss: I'm sorry my guy, but 3-15 is kind of a guarantee for the Cactus, even though I appreciate the continued aggression to a degree.

Other notes, positive and negative:
+: Earl! Way to bench BK!!
+: I thought Dragan looked really good today, especially for a guy who hadn't played in a while and is still adjusting in general. I agreed with EJ, his body looks better and he was more assertive today it seemed. Hopefully he gets 15+ minutes the rest of the way!
+: OMG the chase-down block
-: Dang Len, have you just given up on making that $$$?

+4 Bledsoe - You know what it is
+1 Booker - Could shoot better but we need all the scoring from him we can get
+1 PJ - 14 rebounds, hitting his 3's and +9

Let me give a +100 to mods and posters. I gave up participating in game threads cause they were always so depressing and infuriating, but the recent ones, albeit less active, have been very pleasant to read and able to crack some good jokes among such a disastrous season.

Congrats all.

+4 Bledsoe - Dudes shoulders are getting bigger. He's been carrying this team for a while.
+1 Booker
+1 Tucker

-3 for Chriss - Good learning experience for him I hope.
-3 for Warren - I'm hurt that Warren is playing so bad. He was playing so well beginning of the season. I seriously am wondering what happened. He has some mental road blocks in his path.

This is a tough one, but because so many turnovers is tough for me to reward, so;

Tucker + 3, 14 rebounds where are centers combined only got six. That's huge, particularly because he also had the best +/- of anyone
Bledsoe + 1, over 50% shooting with 41 points and 8 assists. Gotta award that.
Bender + 1, 5 boards in 13 minutes, 1 less than our centers who got 33 minutes. 2 assists and a 3 as well with no turnovers
Booker + 1, bad shooting night but 6 assists, 4 rebounds, same as Chandler and a block

Chandler -3, with only 4 boards in 27 minutes along with 4 turnovers
Chriss -2, with 20% shooting, but he had the 4 steals, so that mitigates the shooting a tad
Knight -1, did nothing
