I don't have any particular superhero in mind but I would love to be able to fly. Also GLB isn't loading.

Nope still doesn't work for me I get the following error message when I load in a new tab

Super interested to see how Nurkic plays, but he doesn't look to be in great shape, so I'm easing my early expectations. Stotts even mentioned that Nurkic had to get in better shape when he was first asked about him.

I'm expecting Nurkic to come out with guns blazing...which in his case will probably mean at least 2 offensive fouls.

I wanna see 20/25 with 8 blocks and 9 assists...with Utah shooting 18% because of it. What we are worried about and what he is worried about are probably two entirely different things, lol!

Sucks we won't see Nurk again till after the break.
I remember he had a really good game against Gobert recently. Big guys like him and Steven Adams always give Gobert fits on the offensive glass.

I want to see him go to work in the second unit. Thier biggest guy is Boris Diaw while kinda large in girth Jusuf towers over him. I wanna see that footwork in action and how good he is at handling dribble penetration being funnled to him.

If he can be as effective as Lopez with that it might be enough. I like how good he is at gets steals and deflections he has some huge hands.

Passing wise I think there is a lot of room for growth. Like Batum and Plumper if there is one coach that can tap hidden potential for passing it's Stotts.

God I love this trade so much. How in he hell did we make Plumlee and cap space into a good prospect and 2 late 1st rounders in a deep draft?

Yeah, I just got out of a big ol' Nurkic video watching rabbit hole and I'm trying to temper my excitement. He doesn't shoot left at all (even shooting right going over his right shoulder) but his touch around the basket is better than anybody on the Blazers since probably Randolph. He also has a knack for creating space with his body for shots and rebounds. From what I could see he has good, quick hands and feet and a sense for timing on defense.

All this at 22? Consider me fairly excited.

Re: Matching up with Gobert, he has the ability to use his mass and finish through contact. He has the potential to get Gobert in foul trouble. I don't think Diaw has the size to deal with Nurkic.

Most of the team looks like it's sleepwalking out there... Like they know the season's over, or at least they're ready for the AS break.

I'm good with it though, conserve the bodies guys, let's get inside the top 10 with out pick, and start praying that Memphis can collapse and give us something good. What's the protection on the Memphis pick, I believe it's just top-3 right?

I will admit, even though he was horrendous offensively last game, he's really progressed in some subtle fundamental ways. He boxes out absolutely excellently, and his defense is actually progressing. I don't really expect him to live up to his contract, but if he can move up from a clear negative, to close to neutral asset, that would be huge.
