Surprised theres not a thread, after his recent performances. Helluva shooter.. not great off the bounce, but functional; seems to have heavy feet, similar to a Mike Bibby. Phenomenal shooter, and competitor. Doesn't get rattled. Seems to have that IT factor.

Reminds me a bit of Bibby.. but also reminds me of Gabe Pruitt. I dont think he's a first rounder, but curious if he declares, after testing the water last year, and shooting the lights out during this recent run of games

I'm not sure about Dorsey. In NCAA and in Greek junior national team he has looked quite good. Solid athleticism, decent defense, decent ball handling, the ability to create for himself and other players, a solid finisher, and a very good shooter.

But when he played in Greece's senior team last summer, in their prep games before the Olympic qualifying tournament, he looked really a long way away from being a decent pro player. He was so very obviously way out of his class compared to the other Greek players, and was an easy cut from the training camp. And that was in probably the worst Greek team of the last 15 years or so...

Maybe he was just too young and inexperienced, but it looked like his game wasn't translating very well to a higher level.

He has felt good when his athleticisim actually allows him to be the gunner he wants to be, he looks better shooting than Austin Rivers, but when his confidence is on he is a similar player to that.

He is a talented player and if he can shoot they will be a place for him, but he is the typical guy that isnt uber athletic and isnt big enough to guard nobody, even though he tries, where at the very best he is a back-up combo-guard and those are only so useful, esp if the shooting isnt fully there and his FT% numbers arent great.
I think Brooks is more interesting, if anything just because he does more things and covers a more interesting profile.

He has less bounce than Rivers and he's slower/slower first step. He's more of an undersized two guard IMO that can trick some off the dribble from time to time.

I don't see how he is a starter, I mean Carlisle has done wonders in terms of hidding guys like him, but he is nothing more than a situational starter if anything, he clearly can shoot it and he tries on D, so who knows, not much versatility and I think Bibby was a quicker guy, with more playmaking ability.
I think he belongs somewhere in the early 2nd, just not a ton of upside with him.

The question I have is why would you take him early 2nd? There are such strong wings in this draft. He's so situational and would probably work best on a team like Milwaukee or Houston, but there will be better wings early second. I would draft him late second. I also really don't like Oregon, so take what you will.

Dorsey did more on-ball in u levels with Greece so who knows, but he looks pretty straight-forward like a shooter that might be able to handle it at times, but not often.

Yeah, the two players that could really help Greece's NT for the future as designated shooters are probably Dorsey and Vezenkov...the problem is, even if they want to play in the team, does any coach actually select them.

Greece has had some very good shooters over the years, and they simply don't ever get selected to the team, or just once or twice and that's it. I mean guys like Bramos and Vasileiadis barely ever even got a chance in Greece's national team. The coaches they have had have never seemed to care about having outside shooters (Zisis and Spanoulis don't count, because they are always on the ball).

You have a guy like Dusan Sakota, that is probably the best 3 point shooter in Europe....never even selected to the Greek team.
