Can you imagine having Ibaka in Plumlee's place?

God I hope we don't waste any cap space on this poor fellow.

Was looking up some stats because it seems like he's been legendarily awful for the last couple weeks. Last 7 games he shot 50% FGs, not bad. But take a closer look:

FG% by dribbles taken before the shot:
0: 64.5%
1: 16.7%
2: 0%
3-6: 40%
7+: 0%

FG% by how much time he had the ball before the shot:
<2 seconds: 62.1%
2-6 secs: 14.6%
6+: 25%

He's literally nothing more than a finisher. Pretty sure we can find a 12 min/game finisher for league minimum.

I was sure Denver was going to loose this one, Plamlee was huge tonight, Denver needed somebody else to step up in the paint in this one. If Houston would just rest Harden tomorrow tonight :-?

04/04/2017

Hard fought victory but even if POR loses tonight they have the tie breaker so we'd have to surpass them and I don't expect that to be easy

IF this team gets into the playoffs, they will be bringing some serious mettle and fortitude with them. While I can't see them winning a war, they may take a battle

Mudiay had his 3rd nice game in a row. Really is outplaying Murray but they are making a potent duo to say the least. Would like to see this for the rest of the season, but alas, Nelson will be back soon, Mudiay deserves some mins.

We have an interesting problem (positive one) here if Mudiay ended up finishing strong at the end of this season. Murray and Mudiay will have to fight it out for the starter PG position.

Or can we pull of a 3 guards lineup? With Jokic as the pillar of passing.

Not so sure Denver played well against Cousins, he had a 30-14 game while Davis had 41 points.

Faried played less than 10 minutes and left with back issues. Did he come back too early? I believe Malone pushes his players to do exactly that.

With Faried's injury, the Nuggets basically played a 7 man rotation with Gallinari & Harris playing 40+ minutes. Not sure that works in the long term but does anyone else agree that no Nelson, no Barton seems to help?

Davis is the one who always look not human when he's playing Denver , Cousins last nigh wasn't that efficient , even though he hit some big three point shots in the 4 quarter, Denver's big were productive against NO front line, both Jokic and Plumlee had double doubles with the good shooting percentage , its hard to play against those two they score 80% of NO points , Nurkic for an example was absolutely destroyed couple weeks ago when he played against them :)
