Let's assume for a second that come June 22nd, the Celtics shock everyone and decide not to draft the presumptive #1 overall prospect, Markelle Fultz. Instead, they opt to draft either Jayson Tatum or Josh Jackson first overall.
The Lakers are comfortable with taking either Fultz or Ball. Do the Sixers see any motivation to swap picks with the Lakers to grab their preferred PG? If so, what kind of package are they willing to deal in order to do so? I'd be curious to see what kind of deal could be made.

Okafor, the OKC 20 pick, #36, #39, #46, #50. None of those would hurt to use.
If we want to talk a package that would really hurt, I think it falls apart because the Lakers '18 pick. Overpaying the Lakers hurts Philly twice for every time it helps LAL. Also, it falls apart because Fultz goes #1.

If BOS doesn't take either Fultz or Ball then the Sixers subreddit sends Ainge a gift basket and Colangelo takes whichever PG is left.

Agreed. I see a deal being done with Boston, not the Lakers, since they would know the sixers want Fultz and would be willing to give up assets to trade up. I would give very little to the Lakers for the reason mentioned earlier.
