So, Hawks are expected to be in a tight battle for last place in the east. NY & Chicago make up the terrible three.
If the Hawks are to live up to (or down to) expectations, naturally no one believes in any of our players.
Dropping from #91 to #96 means that, with a years more experience, he will be worse than last season. Sports writers
quickly point out that all the other Hawk players that amounted to anything last season are now gone and none of the
present roster are any good.
They all expect that, to pull off their tanking season and get one of the top picks in next year's draft, winning 30 or less
games will be their goal.
Many Hawk fans agree. They want us to have success by losing two games every time we win one. That would give us
27 wins for the season. Coming us short 55 times next season.
Here's a great example for next season. Chicago vs Atlanta. Chicago shoots and scores. At the end of the game, the
final score: Chicago 2 - - Atlanta 0.
What an exciting season we have to look forward to, if we believe all the hype !!
