Not sure how I feel about this. To me Danny and Bradley are almost a wash.

Also I'm guessing the Danny plus a first discussion is what the Clippers are asking for not what we're offering.

Bradley would be a great addition if it doesn't cost us Danny but I just don't see how it's going to work unless the Clippers are willing to take back one of Mills or Pau.

Yeah, it seems like a lateral move to me, though Bradley's nice and he's a few years younger than Green. I've always felt like the Spurs were hoping to develop Green more, so maybe the fact that he's been the same players for the last five years has something to do with it; perhaps they feel like Bradley has some untapped good-to-great upside under Pop.

I would MUCH rather have Green than Bradley. And adding a pick on top of that is just insulting. That had to be a deal the Clippers were offering which I'm sure we laughed at.
I really don't want to dump on Patty Mills again (Ive done it enough lately) but if we aren't going all in to compete with the Warriors with some deal, then we should at least try to move that salary of his somehow, even if we don't get a useful player in return.
With Murray starting and Parker healthy, IMO we don't have room for Mills. Especially at that price tag.

And nothing more came of this. I'm guessing Stein's sources were all in LA.
