Which of these ex-Cavaliers were the most disappointing for the team?

IT by far. Rose has been a bum for 5 or so years now. He has not one bit of skill or basketball IQ outside of driving straight at the rim. That’s not even an advantage anyway because he can’t make any passes.

IT was really really elite last season. One of the best scoring seasons we’ve seen.

I had very low expectations for IT this season and he still was far more disappointing than Rose. I didn't see him embracing a bench role but I didn't see him rejecting it out of hand when he was still injured and playing like garbage.

Jarret Allen isn’t winning you anything. Garland won’t show up in the playoffs. Mobley is a glorified dunk man. Mitchell has some experience but is a liability on defense. To me, the Cavs are a treadmill team.

Rose almost retired he is so sick of being bad, but that Adidas contract kept him going I guess.
IT3 probably should have had surgery but his unwillingness to accept reality in a contract year has caused him to not only under perform but possibly destroy his hip so much so that he will never return to form and hence his gamble to play through it
is an exact contradiction to his issues with Boston for allowing him to play when he should have sat.
I think he's sol and it's tough luck for him no matter how you look at it, but also could have been prevented if Boston was a class organization that cared about their players. they could have told him he was their guy he could have gotten the surgery and agreed to a one yr deal there this summer after a full season rehab, but instead they pushed him into traffic.

I'm so use to Rose being a scrub post knee injuries that it's not even a disappointment anymore.

For as awful as Thomas was with the Cavs, at least he can hit a shot once in a while unlike Rose.

Anyone see IT''s Laker debut? He seemed revitalized and ready to go, perhaps it was just the Cav's system holding him back(?) At any rate you guys got players that will be around longer for the Cavs than Frye & It will be on the Lakers... I actually think this was a trade that benefited both teams albeit in different ways..
