I know that Aldridge is not taller than Drummond and Davis, so it's probably some sort of depth perception issue in the photo.

Often when certain pictures seem to question heights it's usually because of depth in the photo.

How do you know that when this picture demonstrates the opposite?

Because you have no actual relationship to where they are standing. We have a general idea for sure, but if one guy is slightly in front of another it can throw off the perception. Come on, you know this right.

I was looking at the Lebron allstar lineup pictures and noticed that AD and KD standing side by side and Anthony looks considerably bigger. I didn’t know that Davis was that big! He should be playing center for the Pelicans, just a monster!

Pretty sure the only optical illusion is KDs skinny frame making him look several inches taller.

Yeah I never got it. I always knew KD was about 6'9" to 6'10" range yet people keep calling him a "7 footer"

IIRC, Draymond was measuer before draft at 6'5 and a half. So yeah, he's probably closer to 6'5 than his listed 6'7.

Thats an old photo. On the other hand there are photos where Durant looks almost as tall as Marc Gasol. I would say Durant is solid NBA standard 6'11. I am saying NBA standard, because in real life, none of these guys are as tall as NBA claim, they measure guys with shoes and even after that often add another cm it seems. Anyway, Durant is pretty damn tall.

But yea, like I said in the other thread, Durant isn't 7 feet like everyone keeps saying. He's a solid 6'10.

The one thing that really irks me is how outdated a players weight and height are. The get measured once they are drafted and this pretty much it.
