So, it looks like the Kings might have a future. I wonder, oh wonder what could be the difference?

Great to see Bruno out there. He isn't really in the offensive scheme yet but I will say his presence defensively around the rim was quite noticeable once he left the floor.

One time, Koufos. I need to see a top of the key 3, one time.

Kind of an awkward fit here with basically a bunch of players who haven't played much together this year and it's starting to show. They are way behind the 8 ball but it's good experience.

I'm not sure if these young guys have enough time together this year to combat the defensive adjustment Thibs has gone with. The Kings were slicing and dicing in pnr in the first half and he's now just packing the paint on the Kings. Joegers gone with a clear out for Mason but I don't think that's the answer. I'd like to see him run that for Fox though.

I actually think Caboclo can play if he plays aggressive.

Be sure to feed Brazilian Serge Ibaka Kevin Durant the ball like Jerry Stackhouse did in the G-League or he will ditch your team like he did over the summer with his native Brazilian team

Anyone who thinks WCS & Skal should be our frontcourt of the future should take a close look at this game. Sure skal has looked good on offense but the 2 have combined for 5 rebounds so far and can't stop anyone inside on the defensive end. Looks like boys vs men.

Willie's lack of rebounding is embarassing. I go back and forth if we should pay him big money but i just think you can't win when someone like that is your primary interior presence. It feels like he wishes he was 6'5" where he wouldn't be expected to do the things interiors players are supposed to do.

It's worked for Zbo this year.

Willie and Skal are inconsistent on the boards but all in all the Kings didn't get beat up on the boards in this game. They gave up 7 offensive boards. The refs let the Wolves have it from the line. I can say the Kings were over matched at times but 36 free throws worth? Get out of here. That was a classic young team getting a lesson from the refs.

I only caught bits of the game but that was my take away too. 33-36 to 12-13. 10-12 to 2-2 in the 3rd qtr.
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!
