OT: CAA MBB Championship coming to D.C.

Not sure where to put this. Not really a random thought. As a CAA fan, this is good but a little odd because Ted's new arena holds 4,200. More of a central location and most pro arenas are just too big. Richmond Coliseum was fine but there is no team in that city.
