Should I drop Will Barton? or should I wait it out? If I drop him...who should I grab?

I'm assuming you don't have an IR spot? He's going to be out for 6 weeks, and that extra player is pivotal in a H2H league. Plus, he just signed a 4 year contract extension so he really has no rush to get back out there. I'd drop him and pick up Clarkson who's shooting very well to start the year. Or really, take any of the top guys who are still on the waiver wire. Really depends where you need the improvement. I wouldn't get a big man though since it looks like you are punting blocks
