For this team to succeed

- Blake needs to make quicker decisions, not run down the clock, and keep the ball moving. Teams quickly figured out how to double Blake and stop his slow isos. I'd like to see him average 22ppg/7assists
- Andre needs to limit his shots to baseline moves where he can use the backboard. 18ppg from putbacks and some spin moves is plenty
- Keep RG3 in the starting line-up and SJ as 6th man.
- We need to give Reggie some more pick and roll plays down the stretch. If that's not working, then go to Blake.
- We need to get a third center to handle Andre's foul troubles—ideally a shot blocker. Andre needs to be a shot blocking presence to stop all these easy layups we're giving up. I just know we're going to end up playing the 76ers in the first round of the playoffs. Imbiid will kill us if we don't have another big to eat up some fouls.
- Perhaps the most important of all, Bullock, Galloway and Kennard need to knock down a high percentage of their open looks.

In other words, every player has to play to his full potential night in and night out. And if there’s one thing you can hang your hat on with this team, it’s that consistency is NOT their strong point in any way.

Wrong! As a team, they are consistently bad.
